Birthday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Validity

June 15 – October 30

What’s Included

  • One complimentary night’s stay for the birthday guest.
  • A celebratory dessert with a birthday candle.
  • Birthday cake is not included.

Promotion Requirements

  • Minimum food and beverage consumption of $600 MXN per adult.
  • Minimum of 8 guests, including the birthday guest, for a total minimum spend of $4,800 MXN.
  • Each additional guest must also meet the $600 MXN minimum food and beverage consumption.
  • Maximum capacity: 24 guests.

Event Schedule

  • The promotion is valid from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of the celebration.
  • All food and beverage consumption must take place during these hours.
  • Unused food and beverage credit is non-refundable.
  • Food and beverages may not be taken off the premises to fulfill the required minimum spend.

Reservations & Payment

  • Reservations are recommended at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A 50% deposit of the minimum required spend ($2,400 MXN) is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 24 to 48 hours before the event.
  • Any additional consumption must be paid at the end of the event by cash or credit card.
  • Continental breakfast is available for $360 MXN per person.

Complimentary Stay

  • The complimentary room is valid only on the night of the celebration.
  • Valid for two adults only.
  • Children are not included in the complimentary stay.
  • Participating room categories:
    • Garden View
    • Ocean View
  • Room category will be assigned by the hotel based on availability.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID showing the guest’s birth date is required.
  • Birthdays celebrated up to 7 days before or after the actual birth date are eligible.
  • Pets are not permitted in guest rooms.

Special Rates for Guests

Special accommodation rate for event guests:

  • $1,200 MXN per room, per night
  • Breakfast is not included.
  • Room upgrades are available for USD $20, subject to availability.

Restrictions

  • Promotion is valid seven days a week.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
  • Children do not count toward the minimum number of guests required. If attending, they are subject to the same minimum food and beverage consumption requirement as adults.
  • Casa Altamar reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion without prior notice, up to 3 hours before the event.
  • Casa Altamar reserves the right of admission and the right to refuse alcohol service.
  • Outside music equipment, speakers, DJs, or any sound systems that may interfere with hotel operations are not permitted.
  • Professional photographers must be announced in advance.
  • The Beach Club closes at 6:00 PM and event hours cannot be extended to ensure the normal operation of the hotel.
